The Fjords DA, operator of seven tourist ships in the Western Norwegian fjords, has revealed the name of the latest addition to its fleet. To be christened Vision of The Fjords, the 40m long hybrid craft is designed to push the possibilities of green technology and passenger experience. Aiming to leverage the increased connectivity of the shipping industry, ABB has opened a second Integrated Operations Center in Helsinki, following the launch of similar facility in Billingstad, Norway in late 2015.
