ESRG Equipment Monitoring System for Korea Navy

ESRG provides remote monitoring and condition-based maintenance (CBM) electronic equipment for the Republic of Korea Navy

ESRG is partnering exclusively with L-3 MAPPS for the Korean Naval market to deliver the OstiaEdge® SmartShip(SM) product suite. The product has already been deployed on one ship, and there are five installations in progress. A contract is in place for another 21 ships over the next 10 years.

ESRG says it offers the latest in CBM, incorporating real-time equipment health monitoring and predictive diagnostics to better manage maintenance and operations of shipboard equipment.

The company's OstiaEdge® SmartShip(SM) Remote Monitoring and Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) product suite has been provided to the Republic of Korea Navy for their new FFX-class multi-purpose frigates and KMLS-II mine layer ship.

With the addition of the OstiaEdge® SmartShip(SM) product suite, these warships will now have the latest in CBM, incorporating real-time equipment health monitoring and predictive diagnostics to better manage maintenance and operations of shipboard equipment.

ESRG’s OstiaEdge® SmartShip(SM) product suite was developed by marine reliability and maintenance engineers for multiple maritime markets, including container, tanker, bulk and feeder shipping, offshore platform support and supply vessels, offshore oil and gas platforms, and defense.
