U.S. Officials, Repsol Discuss Cuban Drilling Plans

According to a report from Platts, representatives of the Spanish oil and gas company Repsol pledged in talks with U.S. officials to adhere to U.S. safety and environmental standards when the company begins drilling a well off the coast of Cuba later this year, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar said.
