Cala Corp. trading under the ticker of CCAA has submitted its proposal to Northrop Grumman Ship Systems for the construction of the first Undersea Resort Ships in history. The proposal was submitted to NGSS top naval engineers in Avondale, Louisiana about three weeks ago to determine whether the project can be integrated commercially in their NGSS shipyard. Northrop Grumman is the nation's sole industrial designer, builder and refueler of nuclear-powered aircraft carriers and one of only two companies that design and build nuclear-powered submarines. Their business is also one of the nations leading providers and life-cycle supporters of major surface ships for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, international navies and commercial vessels.

"Therefore, our company is honored that the NGSS management and engineers are giving the opportunity to our company to explore the possibility of building the most innovative commercial ships with the simplest design solution in order to meet the worldwide high demand," said Joseph Cala', Undersea Resort Chairman and founder.
