USCG: Security Zone around U.S. Forces Vessels

The US Coast Guard proposes to establish a permanent 500-yard moving security zone around the US Forces vessel SBX-1 during its periodic transits of the Honolulu Captain of the Port Zone. This permanent zone, to be activated for enforcement during actual transits, would replace the temporary security zones that have been utilized for prior transits.
