MSC's Falcon Service Between Asia and M.E.

Mediterranean Shipping Company has announced the start of a new dedicated service between Asia and the Middle East called the New Falcon service. Once the service commences, customers can enjoy improved transit times to Jebel Ali, 24 days from Xingang, 20 days from Shanghai, 15 days from Chiwan and 10 days from Singapore. The service will also call at Colombo, Sri Lanka on its westbound voyage to the Middle East and India on its eastbound voyage.

Cargo which was booked to sail onboard MSC's previous trans-shipment via Singapore will now be shipped directly to Middle East.

Ships to be deployed will have a nominal capacity of 8 x 8’000 TEUs

The port rotation indicated will be : Xingang, Ningbo, Shanghai, Fuzhou, Chiwan, Tanjug Pelepas, Singapore, Colombo, Jebel Ali, Ad Dammam, Jubail, Jebel Ali, Mundra, Nhava Sheva, Singapore, Nansha, Xingang.

First Sailing: MSC Pamela Sailing ex Xingang is set for March 20th 2015.
