Korean Yards Shake Off Snowstorm

According to a Feb 15 report from Upstreamonline.com, saff at Ulsan-based Hyundai Heavy Industries and Okpo-based Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering stopped work one hour earlier before the official hour as traffic ground to a halt. Ulsan had 14.7 centimetres of snow as of 5 pm local time yesterday marking the heaviest one-day snowfall in the city since 1931, according to Korea Meterological Administration.
