Russian Crew Stranded in Puerto Rico

Accordting to a report from the Associated Press, Russian authorities are trying to free 17 sailors who have been stuck for a month aboard a molasses tanker in the Caribbean's busiest port, their future in limbo as the owner disputes alleged environmental violations. According to the report, the U.S. Coast Guard detained the tanker because the chief mechanic allegedly made some mistakes in records of its oil consumption.
