USCG: Application to recertify PWSRCAC

The US Coast Guard issued a notice stating that it received an application for recertification from the Prince William Sound Regional Citizens’ Advisory Council (PWSRCAC). The Council monitors the activities of terminal facilities and crude oil tankers under the Prince William Sound program established by the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (OPA 90).
