BlueStar Acquires RH Offshore Activities

BlueStar – Subsidiary of STAR Group – has reached an agreement with regard to the acquisition of the activities of RH Offshore as of  July 1, 2018. The acquisition consists of the assets and liabilities of RH Offshore, subsidiary of Radio Holland Netherlands B.V. BlueStar will also take over the employees of RH Offshore.

STAR Group established BlueStar in January 2018 with the aim of enhancing diversification in the maritime and offshore sectors and giving these sectors the attention they deserved. As of July 1, RH Offshore will start operating under the BlueStar label.
