Chesapeake Sciences Corp. Awarded Contract

Chesapeake Sciences Corp., Millersville, Md., is being awarded a $9,715,319 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification under previously awarded contract (N00024-00-C-6230) to exercise an option for additional engineering services and support to the Omnibus Towed Systems Program for Affordable Towed Array construction. Work will be performed in Millersville, Md. (60 percent), and Greenville, N.C. (40 percent), and is to be completed by December 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
