Field hearing on Delaware River Spill

The Subcommittee on Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure conducted a field hearing in Philadelphia regarding circumstances surrounding the November 26, 2004 oil spill in the Delaware River. The Committee also released the Opening Statement of Representative LoBiondo (R-NJ), chair of the Subcommittee. At the same time, the Coast Guard issued a Press Release the included photographs of an anchor removed from the Delaware River.
