Field hearing on Delaware River Spill

The Subcommittee on Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure conducted a field hearing in Philadelphia regarding circumstances surrounding the November 26, 2004 oil spill in the Delaware River. The Committee also released the Opening Statement of Representative LoBiondo (R-NJ), chair of the Subcommittee. At the same time, the Coast Guard issued a Press Release the included photographs of an anchor removed from the Delaware River. The anchor will be examined to determine whether it was involved in the holing of the tanker ATHOS I. source: HK Law
