MariTEL Appoints VP Of Operations

MariTEL Marine Communications System has elected Steve Skalski as vice president of operations, focusing on construction of the MariNet - the marine local loop. Before assuming his current position, Skalski served as vice president eastern division with EchoStar in Atlanta.
