Nuclear Propulsion Contract Awarded

Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc., Schenectady, N.Y., is being awarded a $31,325,116 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-02-C-2102) for Naval nuclear propulsion components. Work will be performed in Schenectady, N. Y. (67 percent) and Pittsburgh, (33 percent). Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. No completion date or additional information is provided on naval nuclear propulsion contracts. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
