San Diego Security Zone Expanded

The U.S. Coast Guard is expanding the security zone at Naval Base San Diego. This expansion will provide adequate area for installation of an upgraded barrier system. The expansion comes into effect on February 11. 70 Fed. Reg. 2019 (HK Law).
