Red Crescent: Libya rescues 404 migrants from 10 boats

The Tobruk Red Crescent reported that the eastern coast guard of Libya's?Libyan National Army?rescued 404 migrants on 10 boats after they had "experienced harsh conditions" at sea. Tobruk, a coastal town in eastern Libya near the border with Egypt is called Tobruk.

IOM and other sources claim that four migrants survived five days on the sea after a capsize near Libya.
