Warrant Programme - New Articles of Association

Further to company announcement No. 13/2011 of 3 May 2011, the Company can inform that the final number of warrants issued by the board of directors of Nordic Tankers A/S in accordance with the authority set out in clause 4c of the Articles of Association amounts to 1,245,000 warrants, which entitle holders to subscribe for up to 1,245,000 shares of DKK 1 each, corresponding to an increase of the of the Company’s share capital of up to DKK 1,245,000, nominal value.
 
The Company’s new Articles of Association, which have today been registered with the Danish Authorities, are attached hereto.
