OSI to Provide Bridge Management Systems for German Navy Frigates

Kelvin Hughes SharpEye Radar for pair of Polish Navy Minehunters

Hensoldt UK announcde the supply of Kelvin Hughes Mk11 X Band SharpEye navigation radars to two Polish Navy Kormoran II-class minehunters. ORP Albatros and ORP Mewa were built by Remontowa Shipbuilding S.A. shipyard in Gdańsk, Poland.Installed in conjunction with an OSI Maritime Systems integrated navigation bridge system, the radar will be tasked with navigation and surface surveillance functionality, providing the Polish Navy with solid state radar sensors to ensure safety of navigation whilst providing advanced small target search capability.

OSI Inks Deal with Polish Navy

OSI Maritime Systems (OSI) has entered in to a strategic partnership with PGZ Stocznia Wojenna Shipyard (PGZ SW) (Gdynia, Poland). Canadian Navy Upgrading Its Navigation Systems

The Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) has initiated a plan to upgrade navigation system hardware on a range of surface vessels and submarines.The supplier OSI Maritime Systems (OSI) said it has signed a deal with RCN to design, build, test, certify and deliver MIL-SPEC navigation system hardware upgrades to replace legacy systems that were originally provided by the company, some dating back to 2001. OSI will also provide spares and training support.The fleetwide upgrade includes 44 surface ship and five submarine systems.

OSI to Deliver IBNS for the Royal Saudi Navy

OSI Maritime Systems (OSI) announced it has signed a contract with Lockheed Martin to provide its Integrated Bridge and Navigation System (IBNS) for the first four ships of the Royal Saudi Navy’s (RSN) Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) program.  OSI will build and deliver a military grade system for the MMSC program based on the system designed for the U.S. Navy Freedom-variant Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) program.The company was awarded the LCS-27 contract by Lockheed Martin in November 2017.As a company that is exclusively focused on the naval market, OSI’s IBNS is designed and built specifically for warships and meets stringent military specification demanded by both the USN and RSN.

OSI to Deliver IBNS for the US Navy LCS Program

OSI Maritime Systems said it has signed a contract with Lockheed Martin to provide its Integrated Bridge and Navigation System (IBNS) for the U.S. Navy Freedom-variant Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) program. “We are pleased to have signed this very important contract with Lockheed Martin. OSI to Deliver TDNS for Asian Submarine New Builds

OSI Maritime Systems (OSI) announced it has signed a contract to provide its advanced Tactical Dived Navigation System (TDNS) to an Asian navy for a new build submarine program.    TDNS will be customized to meet specific customer requirements and closely integrated with the program’s Combat Management System.   OSI’s tactical dived navigation solutions are deployed with the navies of the U.K., Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal and others.

OSI Maritime Systems (OSI) announced the official opening of its newest office, in Canberra, Australia. Located in the suburb of Fyshwick, the Canberra office will accommodate OSI’s business development, technical, service, and training staff that will be dedicated to the development of the company’s Asia Pacific business. The opening is part of OSI’s long-term commitment to its strategic focus on the Asia Pacific Region – aligning closely with the objectives of the Australian Defence White Paper. New Zealand Navy Extends OSI Support Contract

OSI Maritime Systems (OSI) announced that it has signed a contract to provide in-service-support for the Integrated Navigation and Bridge Systems (INTS) that the company has delivered and installed across the Royal New Zealand Navy fleet. OSI to Integrate Software for UK Royal Navy

OSI Maritime Systems (OSI) announced the signing of a contract to integrate its flagship software, ECPINS-W Sub, into the U.K. Royal Navy’s T45 Destroyer Integrated Bridge System (IBS). Under the terms of this contract, OSI will provide software engineering activity to fully integrate ECPINS into the existing IBS system architecture. OSI supplies the Royal Navy with its advanced NATO WECDIS STANAG 4564 certified ECPINS-W Sub software across all operational ships, submarines, shore headquarters, and training establishments.

OSI to Upgrade Canadian Navy Software

OSI Maritime Systems announced that it has signed a contract to provide in-service-support for its ECPINS-W Sub software - ECPINS is the only ECDIS independently certified against NATO WECDIS STANAG 4564. The software is in service across the Royal Canadian Navy surface and subsurface fleet. Under the terms of this contract, OSI will provide an upgrade to its most advanced ECPINS-W Sub software and provide in-service support for this software for six years, with options to extend for up to 20 years.

OSI to Supply Newbuild Indonesia Submarine Equipment

OSI Maritime Systems contracted to deliver integrated navigation systems to DSME for Indonesian Navy Type 209 SSK Program submarines.
