Royal Caribbean Declares Dividend

The Board of Directors of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has declared a quarterly dividend of $.13 per share for shareholders of record at the close of business on December 19, 2000, payable on December 29, 2000.

This is the 29th consecutive quarter Royal Caribbean's Board of Directors has voted to declare a dividend to shareholders.
