The Ohio River will be closed to commercial traffic Tuesday from 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. from mile marker 469.5 to 471.2 for the All Star Game.
The Coast Guard also advised of higher than average water levels and large amounts of debris that may create dangerous situations on the Ohio River, noting that high water levels increase river flow, creating stronger-than-usual currents and unforeseen eddies and rips.
