Eni Approves Dividend
Approval of 2013 interim dividend: €0.55 per share by Eni's Board of directors. At the board meeting held today, Eni’s Board of Directors resolved to distribute to Shareholders an interim dividend for the fiscal year 2013 of €0.55 per each share outstanding at the ex-dividend date as of 23 September 2013, payable on 26 September 2013. The proposal to distribute an interim dividend of €0.55 was announced to the market on 1 August 2013, when the Company published its second quarter results .

Neste Oil to Exit the Shipping Business
Neste Oil is planning to exit its shipping business. According to the plan, the company would sell all its own vessels and outsource the ship management functions currently covering them, with around 320 ship management personnel transferring to a new employer. Neste Shipping's chartering functions would be retained and integrated with Neste Oil's organization. Going forward, Neste Oil intends sourcing its marine transportation through contractual arrangements.
First U.S. LNG- PSV with Unique Nitrogen Membrane Generator
Norwegian-based Air Products has been selected by Harvey Gulf International Marine to supply Nitrogen Membrane Generators for the six newly ordered LNG fuelled Platform Supply Vessels (PSV) to be built at Trinity Offshore Shipyard, Gulfport, MS. The NC 1.1 series cabinet model consists of a complete N2 Generator, a control panel and a feed air pre-treatment with a PLC control. The Nitrogen Membrane System is approved by all international marine standards.

Efforts continue to improve the Modeling of Thrusters
MARIN uses thrusters in many projects. For a typical model scale, around 1:50 to 1:60, relatively small thrusters are required. Thrusters for these models are available ranging from 50 mm to 80 mm nozzle diameters. In the past these thrusters were always modelled with a horizontal shaft. By tilting the nozzle, the closest possible match was achieved between the client specifications and the modelled thruster for the basin tests.
