Catamaran Ferry Delivered to Majestic Ferries
The recently launched Majestic 7 is the first of four HSC catamaran passenger ferries designed by Incat Crowther to be delivered to Majestic Ferries in Singapore. Majestic 7, part of a multiple-vessel order which has been further expanded to include a pair of larger capacity vessels due to be launched in late 2016, was built at PT Cahaya Samudra Shipyard in Indonesia, and will operate between Singapore and Batam.
Kapellskär Port All set to Receive Biggest Vessel
The Port of Kapellskär, Sweden, is being rebuilt to be able to accommodate larger vessels and meet market demands for current and future freight volumes. Now that the new 245 metre-long pier is completed, the port has two new modern quay-berths. The new pier has been operational from yesterday (13th June).
