On Sunday, a'second flotilla' carrying humanitarian aid to Gazan Palestinians was scheduled to leave the Spanish port Barcelona. The aim is to try and break the Israeli blockade. A spokesperson for the flotilla stated that 39 boats would be leaving the Mediterranean port city.
