MPHRP Security Training Held in India
Maritime Piracy Humanitarian Response Program (MPHRP) South Asia organized three Seafarers Pre-Departure Piracy Awareness Train the Trainers sessions in India between October 16-23, 2013. Corvus Lithium Energy Storage DNV-GL Type Approved
Corvus Energy’s lithium energy storage system is the world’s first to be type- approved by DNV GL. Indian Navy's New Warship Runs Aground
The 'INS Kamorta', the first in a class of Indian Navy's ambitious Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Corvettes, under construction at the Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE) shipyard ran aground on in the River Hooghly near Geonkhali in East Midnapore, while on sea trials, reports 'The Times of India'.
